In this Reformer/Tower class, you'll build on foundational Contrology concepts and exercises Please attend at least five Contrology I classes before advancing to Contrology II.
This class focuses on refining the basics and adding more challenging, complex exercises to the order: Long Stretch, Knee Stretches, standing work and more.
Reformer/tower classes use reformer, tower, mat and other tools for a challenging, creative, mindful movement experience. I teach all my classes with a restorative movement lens—alignment and clarity matter.
We follow Joseph Pilates' original order of exercises, and the principles of breath, centering, concentration, control, precision and flow to guide the class.
