
Private ZOOM sessions are perfect for students who are not local, are traveling or otherwise unable to get to the studio, but still want to mantain a movement practice. Like in-person privates, we'll discuss your goals, health history and studio policies. If you have Pilates apparatus at home, we can incorporate that. If not, Jennifer can help you gather props you might have at home, and/or supplement with other items (i.e. exercise bands, Magic Circle, bolsters, etc) for a dynamic, personalized, effective home Pilates practice.
You'll be introduced to Pilates principles and foundational exercises, as well as restorative movement concepts, while experiencing a whole body workout unique to Pilates. Most importantly, you'll have fun exploring movement, while becoming stronger, more flexible and confident in your own skin, in a welcoming, supportive, inclusive space!
For Zoom sessions, please have internet access, a Zoom account and a device such as a laptop, phone or tablet for our meetings.
